Horses symbolise soul and energy. They can lift us from the binding ties of myth and understanding – but are humans authentically listening to horses?
If we can feel what a horse feels, then we can take the step to feeling inside our-self too. This revelation is empowering for working with horses as well as our relationships with other people. Participants can experience self-exploration, intuitive healing and authentic communication connections with horses, through techniques involving mindfulness uniquely adapted by Margrit to be relevant to coaching with horses and equine assisted therapy.
A special exercise guides participants to open their intuition on a high level of awareness not previously experienced, so that an enhanced perspective related to work, as well as personal life, can be achieved. We are invited to live in the here and now, managing chaotic emotions and therefore feel calmer, more fulfilled and happier, as well as helping others feel more peaceful. During this innovative and unique workshop, participants experience reaching a deep level of awareness and which influences relationships with other people as well as better understanding horses. It provides a foundation for achieving a high level of healing and communication connection to others, due to feeling calmer and more contented, and with less inner stress being radiated.
The irrefutable evidence is there. Horses tune into us on a very deep level, with a desire to help us reconcile with the horse, other humans and ourselves. Because horses are so sensitive, and they have to be in order to absorb the subliminal clues, signals and communications that generally bypass humans, there is an emotional and mental affect for the horse during interaction. Horses are continually communicating how they feel and what their needs are. Through being mindful, Margrit offers insights into how we can help prevent adverse reactions and ensure that, by holding horses in the core of our attention, we honour them and move away from being just people focussed. Through the fun and informative workshop, participants can understand how this skill is transferable to our interacting with humans too.

Imagine what a wonderful world it would be if all humans listened to the guidance and wisdom on offer from the horse.
